Tent Camp in the Lodgepole
at Camp Wyoba, Casper Mountain, Wyoming
Friday, August 18 – Tuesday, August 22, 2017
$150 for the weekend. We recommend you stay over Monday night and not fight traffic leaving the area.
100 sites are available. People will choose their own campsite in our 28 acres of lodgepole pine. To give everyone the best experience possible, we ask that 1 car = 1, or more, tents.
No alcohol, No campfires, No fireworks. Smoking only around the parking areas.
6 porta pottys with 2 handwashing stations and potable water will be provided at 2 parking areas. Parking areas will have wheel barrows for campers to get their equipment to the tent site. There will also be designated cooking areas as camp fires will not be allowed per Natrona County.
Campers will have access to two large meadows on our property for viewing the eclipse. Additionally, campers can visit the developed part of the camp to enjoy:
- Eclipse Talk by a retired scientist from the NCAR Sunday night at 7 pm.
- Worship service Monday at 9 am to begin the day.
- Our activities such as tether ball, gaga pit, mountain bikes, basketball.
