A $25 pre-registration fee should be sent together with the completed registration/release form and camper information form available below. The balance of the registration fee is due when you arrive at camp. Sponsoring churches are asked to use the Church Remittance Form (one copy per church for each camp) to summarize church contributions toward these registration fees.

Camp Forms

The following two forms should be printed (sorry, online completion of forms is not yet available) and mailed directly to: Camp Wyoba Registrar, c/o Camp Wyoba, P.O. Box 442, Casper WY 82602. This should be sent (together with the $25 pre-registration fee) at least two weeks in advance of the camp to be attended. We will accept later registrations if space is available; however, early registration is appreciated.

Volunteering as a Camp Counselor

Our camps rely on the volunteer help of counselors, both young and adult. Camps also require volunteer nurses for providing first aid and administering medications as required. Please contact the director of the appropriate camp (listed above) to offer your help. Counselors should be at least five years older than the campers in order to be accepted for service.
